Probate Court 22nd Floor - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Plan to arrive no later than 4:00 p.m. if your business requires payment. Cashier closes at 4:30 p.m.
The Court remains open until 5:00 p.m. for informational, non-transaction purposes only.

CURRENT COVID-19 POLICY
The Franklin County Probate Court follows the guidance issued by Columbus Public Health and aligns to the building policies issued by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. Do not attend an appointment or hearing at the courthouse if you have a temperature of 100.4 or above or are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms. Zoom links are available for most hearings.
